Chinese Medical Astrology is a system developed and taught by the late Joel Signeur in Phoenix, AZ and San Francisco, CA. He discovered this system and passed it on directly to his students, though he never wrote a book on the subject before his passing. This work continues today through those students.
This system is completely different from Chinese Traditional Astrology. It is based on the flowing cycle of Taoist elements that each person moves through year by year. The Tao does not force. It flows.
The Taoist New Year for 2026 begins on Tuesday, February 17, 2026.
